As my strong accent doesn't hide, I am originally from Brazil ;)
I have been living in Australia for almost 15 years and in this beautiful land I found my passion for Massage and Alternative Therapies.
After completing my studies at ACNT (Sydney Campus) in 2014 and at TAFE Queensland I became a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Reflexologist.
Two years later (2016) I specialised myself in Pregnancy Massage becoming a NurtureLife ® Pregnancy Massage Practitioner, recognised by PMA - Pregnancy Massage Australia. Being a Mum of 2, I love helping the Mums to be enjoying their pregnancy journeys!
I do have a passion for learning so I am always excited to attend different workshops along the year when I study different topics related to Health/ Natural Therapies. Due to the fact that I love incorporating Essential oils into Massage & Reflexology sessions, in 2019 I decided to go a bit deeper and I enrolled myself in a Master Diploma of Aromatherapy course which I completed on the following year. I trust Aromatherapy is also a great tool to be used in the treatments I provide. To me, essential oils are gifts from nature and are capable to help our body healing from different physical and emotional conditions. Combining Remedial Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy is a true blessing!
Not only that I also use a special aromatherapy blend of 5 different Essential Oils into the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage treatments. Combining this specific massage technique with the essential oils the body gets the lymphatic system stimulated to work more efficiently enhancing detoxification, reducing fluid retention and supporting boosting the immune system. The Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage modality was introduced in the clinic in 2023 and has been very popular amongst clients of all ages.
